I am getting an error message "No match found on values entered" - Please check that you are entering all details correctly.  Alternatively your study has not yet been loaded on to our server. Please try again in 24 hrs. If you are still not able to find your study after 24 hours please call our Helpdesk and we will be happy to assist you.

I am getting an error message “Your account has already been setup.” - Your patient record already exists in our system.  Most likely as you have had examinations done before.  Please call our Helpdesk to get your password reset.

I cannot remember my user name or password - Please contact our Helpdesk and we will be able to reset your account.

I can access my account but I am unable to see the report I am looking for - Reports can take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.  If you are still not able to find your report after 24 hours, please contact our Helpdesk and we will be able to assist you.
