Referrer Support

Medinexus is committed to providing the best possible support to our customers and their referrers.

Our Support team is available via phone from 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Telephone 1300 79 69 59 Option 1. We provide free unlimited support for our customers and their referrers during normal business hours. Support requests include both technical assistance and “How to” answers from the helpdesk.

For referrers we are able to use remote control software to assume control of their PC (with the approval of the referrer) to assist with a support issue.

After hours support is charged for unless it relates to a problem with our system.

Since the software is provided as a service and runs from our data centre you can be assured that you are running the latest version of the software.

New referrers are able to register via our online form.

Patient Support

Patient Support is available via phone from 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday excluding NSW Public Holidays. Telephone 1300 79 69 59 option 2.

If you are a first time user, your diagnostic provider will provide you with your ‘Patient Identifier’ code and an ‘Accession Number’ code to complete the first time login process. Once you have registered as a patient on our system, you will need to make note of your username and password and use this for all future access.
